She and her team at Franklin Garage provide excellent taxi – and more recently car hire – services for our family and our guests as well as sourcing and managing cleaning staff for us effectively and efficiently. Despite running her own successful and busy taxi business, Lucienne has always gone the extra mile for us to resolve a range of various mini-crises such as guests losing their keys, dealing with the aftermath of storm and flood damage, and arranging for routine repairs and maintenance to our properties. During the process of licensing our Birgu apartment with the Malta Tourism Authority as a holiday rental property, Lucienne was extremely helpful in dealing with the local authorities and kindly agreed to take on the role of local operator to deal with any issues arising while we are not in Malta.
